It all started with a one room cabin...
Suzanne Sparacio, PhD, President and CEO, started her
career as a scientist. She received her PhD from the
Medical Center at Stanford University and began working
in marketing for Scientific companies. She eventually
made a shift into the financial industry and it didn't take
long to see the benefits of investing in Real Estate.
Her first investment was purchasing a one room cabin on
a third of an acre in Northern California. This cabin had
one light bulb in the middle of the room, no running
water, and an outhouse in the back yard. While most
people saw this as a problem, Suzanne saw it as a
challenge.
She bought the property and managed contractors to
bring it up to current living standards. The project was a
success and Suzanne went on to work on other
individual homes and eventually develop subdivisions
and commercial projects. She found her true passion.
Suzanne currently manages over 15 consultants and
independent contractors. She works with a team of
CPAs, Attorneys, and other professionals to stay on the
cutting edge of the Real Estate Industry.
Her previous life in research and the sciences has
provided invaluable training in researching County
Ordinances and Zoning requirements for each unique
development project. Each project is met with passion
and a vision for the future.
